Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating a MelodAI account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using MelodAI on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

License

Subject to your plan, MelodAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use AI-generated music and tabs for the purposes described in your subscription tier. Free-tier output is licensed for non-commercial personal use only. Starter grants personal use. Pro grants commercial use as described in the feature matrix.

Prohibited uses

You may not use MelodAI to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, to create training data for competing AI models, to resell raw generation outputs as-is without significant transformation, or for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice; your current billing cycle will not be affected.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you retain access to content you have already downloaded.
